Access to the festival
Upon arrival, you can exchange your ticket for a wristband that gives you access to the festival. You’ll have to wear this wristband during the whole festival. Without this wristband, access to the festival and camping will be denied. The wristband is not exchangeable, refundable or transmittable. Counterfeit or fraude will be prosecuted.

Drink / Food
Every year Dour Festival tries to improve your stay at the festival, by offering a vast amount of food and drinks.
It’s prohibited to enter the festival with alchohol.
It’s not allowed to serve alcohol to people younger than 16.
There is drinkable water available at the toilet zones.
Don’t forget to hydrate, especially when it’s warm.
Pay at the festival
Food stands and bars at the festival and the camping only accept tickets.
Other stands (merch, non-food) accept cash.
Cheques, restaurant tickets … are not accepted.
At the festival you can withdraw money at the ticket stands (1 EUR handling fee)
Health & safety
The Red Cross is at your service at all time, for all problems, big or small. You can find them across the festival area, day and night.
To protect your ears, you can find free ear plugs at the information booth.
Numerous toilets are spread across the festival area and on the camping sites. Urinals are also spread across the area. Water points are available at the toilet areas, to wash your hands or refresh yourself.

The cellular network is reinforced so you will be always connected.
You can charge your phone at the Proximus and stands.
Selfie-sticks are strictly prohibited. Ask your neighbours to take a picture. That way you’ll also make some new friends.
You want to dress in Dour-colours? Or in a shirt of your favourite band?
There is a merchandise booth at the festival. It’s the only official outlet.

Be careful and take care of yourself.
Our reception-, safety & health-teams are available to guide you thought the festival grounds.
For your own safety, it is strictly forbidden to crowdsurf or stagedive.
Please keep the aisles in front of the stages free, especially at the Last Arena. This way emergency services can move around freely.
Police will be present at the entrance of the festival.
