Info booth - lost & found
Visit the Win For Life booth to find an answer for all your questions during the festival. You’ll find the booth on the concert site.
This is also the place where you can retrieve your lost objects during the opening hours of the festival (or deposit found objects). Each evening we’ll bring these to the container of the police at the entrance of the festival. After the festival, the lost objects will be stocked at the police station of Dour (rue de l’Yser, 7370 Dour) and this for one week.
Screens & Information
Multiple screens are scattered across the festival. The screens at the entrance of the concert site are continuously used to broadcast practical information. Between the concerts, the big screens at the Last Arena are also used as a channel of communication. Consult them often to ensure that you don not miss out on any information.
Thanks to our application Dour Festival you’ll get all of the information in real time!
