  • Campsite tickets

Dour is the most legendary of the Festival campsites!

    The Regular Campsite:

Does it need any further introduction? It’s the best campsite for putting up your tent! It has 2 large areas where you’ll find a bar, a food stand, a cooking island, some great activities (Beauty Corner, the Wake Up Campsite), and most importantly of all, the incredible Dour community.
The Regular Camping Pass is a fixed price, however long you’re staying. It’s your Festival Pass that grants you access. If you have purchased a Regular 1-day Pass for Thursday, you will only be able to use the Regular Campsite from midday on Thursday until 11am on Friday. You have to pay for the showers in this campsite.

    The Comfort Campsite:

Not far from the concert site, this is the most comfortable campsite thanks to the services available: a cooking island, flush toilets, free access to showers, a massage area staffed by a team of physiotherapists, yoga classes, a wall of mobile phone chargers and a swimming pool and jacuzzi area.
You can also enjoy breakfast (pastries, omelette or pancake with tea or coffee on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning) between 8am and 12pm, which is included in the price.
Entry to the Comfort Campsite costs a fixed amount, however long you’re staying. It’s your Festival Pass that grants you access. If you have purchased a Regular 1-day Pass for Thursday, you will only be able to use the Comfort Campsite from midday on Thursday until 11am on Friday.
Entry to the Comfort Campsite does however allow you to go and say hello to any friends you have in the Regular Campsite.

    The Green Campsite:

The Green Campsite 2.0 is here! This year, the number of festivalgoers will be limited. You’ll see more bathrooms facilities, but as well as this, from Thursday to Sunday inclusive, there will be aperitifs featuring local ingredients, yoga classes, introductory handpan lessons, a swimming pool and jacuzzi area, a hammock area and a cooking island. Entry to the Green Campsite costs a fixed amount, however long you’re staying. It’s your Festival Pass that grants you access. If you have purchased a Regular 1-day Pass for Thursday, you will only be able to use the Green Campsite from midday on Thursday until 11am on Friday. Entry to the Green Campsite even lets you go and say hello to any friends you have in the Regular Campsite.

    Dour Les Bains goes XXL!

This year, there will be 2 beach volleyball courts, as well as hammocks and shelters, a cooking island, mobile phone charging facilities, pools and jacuzzis. Set up your tent in our campsite and enjoy the beach atmosphere with deckchairs, flip-flops and parasols. Our dedicated XXL team can’t wait to see you!
Entry to Dour-Les-Bains is available for a fixed price. It’s your Festival Pass that grants you access. If you have purchased a Regular 1-day Pass for Thursday, you will only be able to use Dour les Bains from midday on Thursday until 11am on Friday. Entry to Dour les Bains even lets you go and say hello to any friends you have in the Regular Campsite.

    The Village:

Setting up a tent and blowing up an airbed isn’t your thing? The Village is the perfect solution for you.
    There’s accommodation with mattresses here!
The Village also has relaxation areas, a bar, a food stand and a cooking island. Bathrooms with flush toilets and showers are available free of charge. Entry to The Village is not available on its own. It’s your Festival Pass and whichever accommodation option that you’ve chosen that grants you access. If you have purchased a Regular 1-day Pass for Friday and a cabin, you will only be able to use The Village (and your cabin) from midday on Friday until 11am on Saturday. We strongly recommend coming to The Village with a 5-Day Pass.
Got friends in the regular campsite? No problem, you can go and meet them with your entry to The Village.

  • Dour Experience Car Park

The perfect addition to your “Dour Experience” Pass is entry to the Car Park of the same name. Even closer than the Easy Car Park and no footbridge. ! Can only be purchased with a Dour Experience Pass. 1 parking pass per vehicle.

  • Regular Car Park

The Regular Car Park is available free of charge to festivalgoers.

  • Easy Car Park

You know all about Dour, but maybe you’re not sure about trekking across the footbridge with your bags?! No worries! The EASY CAR PARK is here! You can avoid climbing all the steps with this option.
Easy Car Park tickets are only available to buy in advance. Tickets must be exchanged on site at the entrance to the Easy Car Park. Easy Car Park tickets are only for 1 vehicle.

  • Receiving your tickets

You will receive your tickets after 1 July 2024. We deliberately send them late to avoid them getting lost or forged.

  • Reselling tickets

To order your tickets you have to go to dourfestival.eu or FNAC! Every year, we know that fake tickets are put up for sale or genuine tickets are copied and resold a number of times. It’s the unique barcode on the ticket that counts. If you’re thinking of “getting a good deal”, you’ll only have to buy an extra ticket to get in. And as this barcode is unique, don’t post a picture of your ticket on social media.

  • Customising your tickets

Would you like to customise your ticket or change the name on it? If you’ve bought your ticket through an official channel, you’ll see a “customise” option on your email confirmation. Use this to assign a name to each ticket. Under “manage”, you can amend your order (NB: admin fees will be charged for amendments)

  • Discounts for locals

Preferential prices are available for local residents of Dour, Honnelles, Quiévrain, Hensies, Boussu.
For practical information, you can send an email to lefestivaldesdourois@dourfestival.eu

  • Invoice

Would you like an invoice for your tickets? We don’t issue them automatically, but you can generate one yourself from your ticket confirmation.

  • End of online sales

We recommend buying tickets from our own website.
If there are tickets available, it might be possible to buy them during the festival from the main box office at the entrance for the on-site price.

  • Ticket office opening hours

The ticket office for wristbands and/or ticket purchases is open from: Wednesday to Sunday from 12:00 noon to midnight

  • Douro vouchers

To make the most of the concert and activities in the Campsites, you can order your Douros from the box office in advance, which you can then use to buy things at the stands. During the festival, all you need to do is hand in your vouchers when you arrive at the site to get them loaded on to your wristband. Simple and quick!
