    • What should I do if I have a problem with my order or my ticket?

      First of all contact your ticket retailer:


    • What is included in my festival ticket ?

      All tickets include a camping access and a shuttle service between the train station of Saint Ghislain and the parkings

    • I wish to cancel and get a reimbursement of my reservation, is it possible?

      No, refund and cancellation of tickets are not possible.

    • Do I need a specific ticket as a Person with Reduced Mobility ?

      No, if you are a person with reduced mobility, you can buy your entrance ticket to the festival on the ticket office of the website. You can then make yourself known by completing the form here. This will allow our mobility partner INTER to make the necessary arrangements to the festival.

    • When are the ticket windows open?

      Wednesday to Sunday: 12h > 00h

    • Can I exchange drink/food tickets that I haven’t used?

      No, Drink and Food ticket cannot be taken back or reimbursed if not used. They will only be valid for the 2018 edition.

    • Where can I get my tickets DRINK/FOOD bought online ?

      You can get your vouchers at the entrance of the festival, at the ticketing zone. Go to the booth “Ticket Office – Exchange voucher DRINK-FOOD”. The booth is open from Wednesday to Sunday from noon to midnight

    • Can I come to the festival with my kids ? Is there a special price for them ?

      Of course you can bring your kids along, the entrance is free for children under 12 years old. However we do not recommend bringing young children for long periods of time on the festival grounds.
