    • What should I do if I have a problem with my order or my ticket?

      First of all contact your ticket retailer:


    • What is included in my festival ticket ?

      All tickets include a camping access and a shuttle service between the train station of Saint Ghislain and the parkings

    • I wish to cancel and get a reimbursement of my reservation, is it possible?

      No, refund and cancellation of tickets are not possible.

    • My ticket does not reflect my name but one of someone else, is this a problem?

      No the names on the tickets are not checked at the festival entrance.

    • Do I need a specific ticket as a Person with Reduced Mobility ?

      No, if you are a person with reduced mobility, you can buy your entrance ticket to the festival on the ticket office of the website. You can then make yourself known by completing the form here. This will allow our mobility partner INTER to make the necessary arrangements to the festival.

    • When are the ticket windows open?

      Wednesday to Sunday: 12h > 00h

    • Can I exchange drink/food tickets that I haven’t used?

      No, Drink and Food ticket cannot be taken back or reimbursed if not used. They will only be valid for the 2017 edition.

    • (FR) Où retirer les tickets Drink / Food achetés en ligne ?

      (FR) Vous pouvez retirer vos tickets à l’entrée du festival, dans la zone billetterie au guichet “Ticket Office – Exchange voucher drink-food”. Le guichet est ouvert du mercredi au dimanche, de 12h à 00h.

    • Can I come to the festival with my kids ? Is there a special price for them ?

      Of course you can bring your kids along, the entrance is free for children under 12 years old. However we do not recommend bringing young children for long periods of time on the festival grounds.
