Chapelier Fou's violin-based electro, with mandolins, computer and keyboards is a dangerous cocktail that entice its audience with something that initially comes across as soft, but which Chapelier Fou feeds with rhythmic breaks and strange, often melancholy melodies. Chapelier Fou released his first album 613 in 2010. It creates a wonderful, fantastical soundscape with ambient music that transports you into a reverie – a concert that is both unique and disconcerting.
