Soho Dolls
Soho Dolls formed in early 2004 and made an impact of the London scene with infamous ‘White Chapel’ shows with the likes of Selfish Cunt, Pink Grease and Special Needs. After creating a buzz with their blend of pop, electro and guitars Soho Dolls were signed by Alan McGee (the man behind Oasis, Primal Scream, Libertines etc) to his Poptones record label. After constant touring and building of a loyal fan base, Soho Dolls released their debut single ‘Prince Harry’ in November 2004, which peaked at 47 in the UK chart and 7 in UK indie chart. Europe has been the first to really take Soho Dolls to heart with a sold out German tour in January 2005 and two sold out Italian shows in Turin and Rome in March 2005 after extensive national press and airplay. ‘The release date for the forthcoming single ‘Stripper’ is 4th July 2005, The record is produced by Robert Harder who has recently worked with Kylie, Babyshambles and Whitey to name but a few.
