​​GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1: SCOPE

Anyone attending the festival (hereinafter referred to as the festivalgoer) explicitly acknowledges that they have read and accepted both these general terms and conditions of sale and the general terms and conditions for the event before completing the purchase of their ticket.

ARTICLE 2: TICKETS

Ticket price includes :

  • The service charge

Entry to the public car park,

  • Entry to the concerts on the festival site and to the entire programme on the selected days,
  • Use of the return shuttle bus between Saint Ghislain station and the Dour Festival.

Depending on what you are looking for, we offer the following range of products

GIFT CARDS: Dour Festival offers Gift Cards that can be purchased and used at the official Dour Festival ticket office (dourfestival.eu/tickets).

Gift Cards will be made available in electronic format only, via the communication of a Gift Card Code.

When purchasing the Gift Card, the Purchaser can choose between four (4) amounts: €25, €50, €75 and €100. These amounts are cumulative. Gift cards are sent by e-mail to the Purchaser at the e-mail address provided. The Purchaser can then decide how and when to send the Gift Card to the User.

Once the payment for the Gift Card has been processed, the Purchaser will receive a confirmation e-mail. Receipt of the confirmation e-mail will be deemed to be the date of issue, and the Gift Card will be valid until the last day of the current edition (Edition 2024 – Sunday, July 21, 2024).

Gift cards can be combined with other discount codes (vouchers, promotions, etc.). They are non-refundable.

A REGULAR DOUR FESTIVAL PASS: This ticket gives you entry to the festival site for the chosen number of days (REGULAR 5-DAY PASS or REGULAR 1-DAY PASS). This ticket also includes the services mentioned above. You must exchange this ticket for a festival wristband at the entrance to the event. You can only enter the festival if you are wearing a wristband.

A DOUR FESTIVAL VIP PASS: This is the ticket that gives you access to the festival grounds for the duration corresponding to your choice of ticket (5 DAY VIP PASS or 1 DAY VIP PASS). This ticket also gives you access to the VIP area, the VIP car park and the return shuttle bus between Saint Ghislain station and the Dour Festival. You must exchange this ticket for a festival wristband at the entrance to the event. You can only enter the festival if you are wearing a wristband.

FOOD & DRINK vouchers: You can buy your FOOD and DRINK vouchers online. These vouchers can ONLY be exchanged on the site. FOOD and DRINK vouchers can also be purchased on the site at one of the ticket offices.

Easy Car Park ticket: You can buy your Easy Car Park ticket online. These tickets can ONLY be exchanged on-site at the entrance to the Easy Car Park. The Easy Car Park is nearer the site, making it easier to get to the festival and avoiding the footbridge. Choose this new option if you want to avoid lots of walking.

The Village accommodation ticket: This ticket gives you access to The Village for 5 days.

Regular Campsite ticket:This ticket gives you access to the Regular Campsite area for 5 days.

Dour Les Bains ticket: This ticket gives you access to the Dour Les Bains area for 5 days.

Green Campsite ticket: This ticket gives you access to the Green Campsite area for 5 days.

Hotel Package ticket: This ticket gives you access to a Twin or Double hotel room, for 3 nights (Friday > Sunday inclusive) or 5 nights (Wednesday > Sunday inclusive) only. This ticket must be presented at reception at the chosen hotel. This ticket also gives you access to a shuttle bus from your hotel to the Dour Festival.

2020 & 2021 vouchers:This is the voucher that you will have received in 2020 or 2021 if you decided to roll over your ticket from one of the two festivals that were cancelled. This voucher can only be used for your 2023 order at the official event box office. It is valid up to and including Saturday 15 July 2023.

NB: Throughout the 5-day event, you can come and go from the site.

ARTICLE 3: BOOKING

The only way to buy a valid ticket is via the official sales websitesdourfestival.eu/tickets and our ticketing partners. Only our official partners have the right to organise competitions offering tickets as prizes. Our prices are those shown on the box office page on our website (https://www.dourfestival.eu). These prices are always given in Euros, including VAT, taxes and service charge.

All tickets ordered will be sent electronically to the email address given at the time of booking. This means that you will receive a PDF file via email.

The booking is complete as soon as the payment process is complete. The purchase is final, which means that your festival ticket is neither refundable nor exchangeable.

As a buyer, you must check the content of the email carefully and make sure you have received your order. If we have failed to deliver a satisfactory service, you as the buyer have seven (7) days to notify us of this. To do so, you must contact Paylogic’s Customer Service Department in writing and explain why you are unhappy. If your complaint is accepted, we will, of course, correct our mistakes. If you do not submit your complaint, with your reasons, within this timeframe, you will no longer have the right to complain.

The consumer’s right to withdraw is not applicable, as the service we are selling relates to a leisure activity, and is also delivered immediately.

By accepting the General Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you confirm as a consumer that you no longer have the right to withdraw once Dour Music Festival and Paylogic have delivered the requested service.

ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT PLAN

General information

These terms and conditions apply to tickets and other products sold on the basis of an instalment plan.

By choosing an instalment plan as your payment method, you agree to a non-refundable purchase in two or more instalments that will be paid via credit card in accordance with these terms and conditions. You will have the conditional right to receive the products you have ordered after your first payment, as long as you paid all subsequent instalments on time. Once the final payment has been received by Paylogic, you will receive the ticket(s) for the products you have purchased by email.

IMPORTANT: Paylogic only acts as a technical service provider for the organiser. This agreement, for purchasing tickets or related products on an instalment basis, will be between you (as the purchaser) and the event organiser (the seller).

Payment plan and instalments

By accepting these terms and conditions, you unconditionally agree to pay the full purchase price as set out on the Organiser’s website, including the number of instalments and the due date of each instalment.

By choosing to use the instalment plan during the ordering process, you authorise Paylogic to charge the amount of the first instalment to your credit card in accordance with your payment details. All subsequent instalments will then be charged to the same credit card. The amounts of each instalment, the number of instalments and the instalment deadlines may vary by event and/or by organisers and will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

By paying the first instalment, you obtain the conditional right to receive a ticket, as long as all subsequent instalments are paid on time to Paylogic. Paylogic will notify you when the instalments have been paid in full or when you have failed to pay one or more instalments, asking you to fulfil your payment obligation within a given deadline. If you fail to pay on time, Paylogic reserves the right to cancel your purchase on behalf of the Organiser without a refund.

Cancellations and refunds

By choosing the instalment plan as your payment method, you unconditionally agree to pay all the instalment amounts in accordance with the instalment plan.

If a payment is not received (on time) by Paylogic, because your account does not contain sufficient funds or your payment details are incorrect, Paylogic will inform you of the missing payments, after which these payments must be transferred to Paylogic within 5 working days of the notification.

If you do not pay an instalment (on time), you lose your right to receive a ticket or related product, and Paylogic is then entitled to cancel your order. You will not receive a refund for payments already made. The total amounts will be retained by Paylogic/Organiser to cover the processing and administration costs associated with your purchase and the fact that the Organiser may not be able to resell the product.

ARTICLE 5: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Your tickets do not entitle you to a reserved place on the festival site or in the campsites. All tickets must be exchanged for a wristband at the entrance to the festival. Any forged tickets or wristbands will result in criminal proceedings.

No tickets and/or wristbands will be refunded or replaced.

Only the first person to arrive with the original festival tickets will be allowed to enter the event or campsite. This person must be able to prove that their identity matches the ticket details. It is therefore important to ensure that nobody can copy your festival ticket.

Changes to the programme will not entitle ticketholders to any partial or full refunds of the festival ticket. The organiser cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure.

By purchasing a festival ticket, you, as a visitor, explicitly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for the event and our terms and conditions of sale. Any breach of these rules will be sanctioned. Dour Music Festival reserves the right to refuse entry to the site to any individual if there are sufficient reasons to do so. You are the only person responsible for any breach of the rules. You are also obliged to indemnify Dour Music Festival against all possible consequences of your breach, including claims by third parties. We also retain the right to take legal action ourselves.

Reusable cups

Certain drinks will be served exclusively in reusable cups provided by the Dour Festival.
Each reusable cup will be accompanied by a compulsory deposit, which will be refunded in full to anyone returning the undamaged reusable cup to the designated return areas. If the reusable cup is lost or damaged, the deposit will not be refunded.
Reusable cups may only be returned in exchange for the deposit during bar opening hours. Outside these hours, no return or refund will be made.

The Dour Festival reserves the right to change the conditions relating to reusable cups and the deposit, and will inform festival-goers of any changes.
