Our Camping Shop returns once again this year!   You’ll find all the necessary camping equipment (tents, mattresses, chairs, flashlights, sleeping bags, eco cups, towels, socks, etc.). You can order these items in presale and collect them from Wednesday onwards....

Don’t you want to leave your valuables unattended at the campsite? Don’t feel like carrying your belongings all the time?   Between the entrance of the festival and the Regular Camping you will find several lockers to solve these problems....

Thanks to Proximus, you can charge your phone or smartphone.
 
On the Regular Camping and the festival grounds you will find two stands that rent external batteries. Proximus also offers free charging points at various locations on the festival grounds.
 
E-walls have been developed specially for you! These charging stations are available free of charge on the festival grounds and on the campsites.

First aid

The Red Cross is present throughout the festival and will be open 24 hours a day. It is located between the festival grounds and the campsites.
If necessary, numerous teams are present on site to help you.
 
New in 2019: A cell to receive and talk to people is run by Red Cross’s ESI (Emergency Social Intervention). For example, professionally trained and bilingual staff will be present to provide psychosocial support to potential victims or witnesses of aggression or intimidation. People in need will be welcomed and cared for in the space provided.

Hundreds of toilets and urinals are at your disposal for free in various sanitary areas. They are cleaned several times a day and use little water.
 
Several points of running water are at your disposal for free allowing you to refresh yourself in the sanitary areas.

Hello Bank provides ATM’s at the entrance of the festival.
 
All Food and Drink ticket offices, the Merchandising stand and the Camping Shop accept payments in cash as well as by credit or debit card (Maestro/Mastercard/Visa).

Earplugs

Even if we limit the decibels, think about your ears. Earplugs are available for free at the Win For Life information booth. We count on you to throw them in the bin and avoid them filling our meadows. If you are looking for reusable earplugs specially designed for listening to live music, then BLOX has what you are looking for. You can find earplugs with an acoustic filter in all the Scream Shops. Enjoy a crystal-clear sound while protecting your ears.

Colruyt Shuttles & Collect&Go

Camping food & drinks? Colruyt is the place to be! Hop on the free shuttle bus to the Colruyt supermarket in Dour and get all your supplies. You can take the shuttle at the car park from Wednesday to Saturday...

Screens & Information

You will find several screens with information at the festival. The screens at the entrance of the festival grounds and the entrance of the Regular Camping give you constant practical information. In between concerts, the large screens at the Last Arena are also used as an information channel.
 
Thanks to the App Dour Festival and the screens, you get all the information in real time!

Lost and food

Did you lose something on the festival?

There are 2 places to go:
• The National Lottery information booth on the festival site, open from Thursday 11 July to Sunday 14 July from 14h00 to 23h30

if you don’t find it there, you could try:
• The Police department at the entrance of the festival site, open from Wednesday 10 July to Sunday 14 July from 09h00 to 03h00 from Monday 15 July onwards, the found objects will be deposited in the Municipality of Dour.
