The Red Cross is present throughout the festival and will be open 24 hours a day. It is located between the festival grounds and the campsites.

If necessary, numerous teams are present on site to help you.

A cell to receive and talk to people is run by Red Cross’s ESI (Emergency Social Intervention). For example, professionally trained and bilingual staff will be present to provide psychosocial support to potential victims or witnesses of aggression or intimidation. People in need will be welcomed and cared for in the space provided.
