    FAQ – Press

    • How to get a media-accreditation?

      Via contact form — this application does in no way mean an approval of your demand.
      An accreditation for Dour Festival needs to be renewed every edition. National media/partners and media who worked with the festival previously, get priority to obtain free passes. Paying passes cost 185 EUR for 5 days and 80 EUR for 1 day.

    • What areas are accessible with a media-accreditation?

      You can freely enter the festival area, the Regular Camping, the press area, the VIP-bar, the VIP/Pro/Presse-parking, as well as the paying Camping-Crew (upon reservation)

    • What are the accommodation-facilities at and nearby the festival?

      The media-accreditation gives free access to the public camping.
      It’s possible to stay at the crew village, the pro-camping and outside of the festival.
      If you want to stay at the crew village, you can make your reservation upon receiving your accreditation.

    • Where to park during the festival?

      The accreditation gives access to the VIP/Pro/Presse-parking, located a couple of hundred meters from the festival area..

    • Where can I store my equipment?

      It’s possible to store your equipment in a locker at the press area or at the festival area, during daytime. Lockers in the press area must be emptied every night.
      At night, you keep your equipment with you.
      Whether it’s stored or not, the equipment remains your responsibility. The festival can in no way be held responsible for loss, damage or theft of your equipment.

    • What are the opening hours of the press area?

      Wednesday : 5pm > 11pm
      Thursday until sunday : 10am > 1am

    • What can I find at the press area?

      – a workspace with internet connection and computers, free to use
      – a space to do interviews
      – photo/video-consignments per artist
      – lockers to store your equipment
      – outlets to charge your gear.

    • Is there catering for pro/press?

      Yes. This year, you’ ll have the possibility to have meals at the Crew Catering which will be in the press area. Tickets can be purchased on site for 18 euros. Payment possible by bank card, no invoices or receipts provided.

    • Where and when can I get my bracelet?
