  • What are the dates of Dour Festival 2021?

    The 2021 edition of Dour Festival will be taking place on 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 July 2021.

  • Can you give more information about the different exceptional measures taken in light of the COVID-19 crisis that affect culture?

    As a consumer, you normally have a right to a refund of the purchase price of your ticket(s) if an event is cancelled. However, the current Coronavirus crisis is having a huge financial impact on the whole sector. Festivals, concert venues, theatres, museums, organisers etc. might go bankrupt if every ticket buyer requests a refund. That is why the Belgian government recently adopted a number of measures that allow the use of vouchers instead of refunds.

TICKETS

  • I bought a ticket for the 2020 Dour Festival. What will happen with my order?

    If you have already purchased your 2020 tickets and you did so on the official Dour Festival ticket website, you have two options to choose from:
    – By following this link – https://consumer.paylogic.nl/request-order-access/ – you can request a Voucher for the total value of your order. This voucher can then be used to pay for one or more new orders for the 2021 Dour Festival AND/OR the 2022 Dour Festival. This voucher is only valid for purchases from the official ticket office for the event.
    – If you do not tell us otherwise by 31 July, your whole order will automatically be rolled over to the 2021 Dour Festival.

    You have until 31 July 2020 to choose an option.

  • I bought a ticket for the 2020 Dour Festival from one of your partner sites.

    If you have already bought your ticket for 2020 from one of our partner box offices, here is what you need to do:

    • FNAC
    If you have any questions or inquiries about tickets purchased from FNAC, please contact their customer service department directly: contact.tickets@fnac.com

    • TICKETNET / TICKETMASTER FR
    For purchases on Ticketmaster FR and Ticketnet, please follow the instructions available here.

    • NIGHT & DAY
    2020 Dour Festival tickets purchased from Night & Day will still be valid for the 2021 event.

  • I bought a ticket for the 2020 Dour Festival from a non-partner ticket site.

    According to the Dour Festival’s sales terms and conditions, the organisers do not accept any responsibility for tickets, accommodation, transport or any other service purchased from a website other than the official ticket site for the festival or our box office partners (FNAC, Ticketnet (ticketmaster france), Digitick, Night & Day, Go For Music).

  • I bought a ticket for the 2020 Dour Festival with an instalment plan, but I haven’t finished paying all my monthly instalments.

    In collaboration with Paylogic, the Dour Festival has arranged to postpone the latest monthly payments for those who would like to roll over their order to the 2021 event to:
    October 2020 for the 2nd outstanding monthly payment
    December 2020 for the 3rd and final monthly payment

    Anyone with an instalment plan who would like a Voucher, valid for the 2021 and 2022 Dour Festival events, will receive a voucher for the total amount already released/paid on the payment plan.

    You have until 31 July 2020 to choose an option.

  • I have chosen a Voucher. How long is it valid for?

    The Voucher can be used for the 2021 and/or 2022 event. If you do not use your Voucher in one go, whenever you use it you will receive a new Voucher with the outstanding balance, which you can use for another purchase. If the total value of your Voucher has not been used before the 2022 Dour Festival, the balance will be permanently lost.

    This voucher is only valid for purchases from the official ticket office for the event.

  • I had not bought tickets for the 2020 event yet. Can I buy one for 2021?

    Tickets for the 2021 Dour Festival will be going on sale soon. If you do not have a ticket for the 2020 event, you will be able to buy one for 2021 once the box office is available again.

  • How much will a ticket cost in 2021?

    The price of entry tickets, tickets for food & drink, accommodation and the camping shop will be the same as for 2020.
    The prices of bus trips and hotel stays are nothing to do with us, so we cannot guarantee that the price will be the same in 2021. If you decide to roll over your ticket to 2021, you will not be asked to pay any price difference. For Vouchers, the 2021 prices will apply.

  • I had bought my ticket to come and see artists who will not be performing at the 2021 event. Can I get a refund?

    As specified in our sales terms and conditions, to which you agreed when you purchased your ticket: “Changes to the artistic line up do not result in a partial nor a full refund of the festival ticket. In case of force majeure, the responsibility of the organizer will not be engaged.”

ACCOMMODATION

  • I bought accommodation in The Village and/or a hotel room. What will happen with my order?

    If you have already purchased accommodation and/or a hotel room via the official Dour Festival ticket website, you have two options to choose from:

    • By following this link you can request a Voucher for the total value of your order. This voucher can then be used to pay for one or more new orders for the 2021 Dour Festival AND/OR the 2022 Dour Festival. This voucher is only valid for purchases from the official ticket office for the event.

    • If you do not tell us otherwise by 31 July, your whole order will automatically be rolled over to the 2021 Dour Festival.

    NB – If you have already requested one of these for your entry ticket, the rest of your order will also have been dealt with.

    You have until 31 July 2020 to choose an option.

  • I purchased accommodation in The Village and paid a deposit for it. If I choose a Voucher, will my deposit be included in the value of the Voucher?

    Yes, the Voucher issued will be for the total amount that was debited when you paid for your order.

  • I booked private accommodation and/or a hotel room via a website other than the Dour Festival site?

    According to the Dour Festival’s sales terms and conditions, the organisers do not accept any responsibility for tickets, accommodation, transport or any other service purchased from a website other than the official ticket site for the festival (dourfestival.eu/tickets) or our box office partners (FNAC, Ticketnet, Digitick, Night & Day, Go For Music).

TRANSPORT

  • I bought a bus ticket for 2020 but I don’t want to travel by bus in 2021.

    In this case, it is best you request a Voucher for your whole order and then place another order.
    You will be able to use this Voucher for the 2021 and 2022 Dour Festival events, in one go or for different orders. This voucher is only valid for purchases from the official ticket office for the event.

  • I bought a bus ticket for 2020. Will the departure stop be the same?

    Yes, the times and meeting places will be the same for 2021.
