Inclusion<\/strong><\/h1>

Article 27<\/strong><\/h4>

The Dour Festival collaborates with Article 27, whose objective is to facilitate access to culture for anyone experiencing difficult social and\/or economic circumstances.
Because music and celebration must remain moments of sharing open to everyone, a special rate is offered through Article 27.<\/p>

Bookings are open until 1st July, subject to availability.<\/p>

Accessibility<\/strong><\/h4>

Dour Festival aims to be accessible to everyone. To this end, the festival has joined forces with its partner 3D ASBL. The aim is to make the festival more accessible to people with disabilities. <\/span><\/p>

Among the facilities are amenities for people with reduced mobility (dedicated parking spaces, facilities at campsites, raised platforms, ramp plates at concert venues for wheelchairs, etc.).<\/span><\/p>

Each year, preparatory work ahead of the festival allows us to rethink accessibility issues and improve the infrastructure put in place.<\/span><\/p>

Gender<\/strong><\/h4>

Gender issues (gender parity, gender minorities, etc.) are also central to our concerns.<\/p>

To this end, Dour Festival is committed to improving the representation of women and gender minorities in the music industry in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation by setting targets to achieve gender parity (on certain stages, in festival teams, etc.).<\/p>

These values have been central to the festival for many years, both within the organising team and the organisation as a whole.<\/p>

You\u2019re Safe Here<\/strong><\/h4>

Concerned that everyone should feel safe and supported during the festival, the organising teams have implemented the “You\u2019re Safe Here” plan in collaboration with <\/span>SISU<\/span><\/i>, the emergency psychosocial intervention service of the Red Cross.<\/span><\/p>

This service trains numerous individuals within the crew, identifiable by their orange armbands during the festival. The aim is to have, at various locations throughout the festival, individuals capable of assisting a festival-goer who may be a victim or witness to an emergency situation, reassuring them and then directing them towards the SISU. <\/span><\/p>
