Biography

David learned to play the guitar at an early age, which led to him being noticed and invited on tour with Charlotte Gainsbourg. During this tour, David's solo career began to take shape in hotel rooms and backstage areas where he was busy composing, writing and recording. He continued to tour with Sébastien Tellier and Nicolas Godin (Air) but kept working on creating his own universe for his solo project. Then, in 2020, he released his first singles, followed by his first EP in 2021. "Numwami World" is R'n'B, both pure and pop, synthetic and organic, together with poetic flair.
