Biography
South Sudanese DJ and producer Turkana sees the dancefloor as a battlefield that feeds on the tension between oppression and liberation. She could be a mix between Nkisi and Grace Jones. Turkana likes to tackle the dancefloor on an electro background, hard trance, non-standard techno, all without compromise, but always with enthusiasm and grace.
