Lézard

Lézard is a Belgian band, and in hindsight, it feels almost inevitable. In a country shaped by both Flemish and French cultures, confusion might well be a natural state of mind. Their origins resonate throughout their music: an explosive blend of post-punk, disco, glam rock, new wave, and electroclash, moving along that fragile line where comedy and tragedy collide. Tracks that feel as much like theatrical performances as they do the vibrant chaos of backstage.
Their debut album, Que Se Passe-t-il, unfolds as a vivid diorama where the heartbroken, voyeurs, outsiders, and dreamers intertwine, all swaying beneath the fractured glow of a shattered mirrorball.
