Upgrade

Upgrade Procedure

Fancy transforming your Dour Festival experience?
Thanks to the “Order Upgrade” option, you can easily transform your existing tickets through our official ticketing service.

Whether you wish to upgrade from a Doureuuuh for one day to a Doureuuuh pass or a Doureuuuh VIP, or even enhance your Regular Camping to a themed campsite, follow the instructions below for a straightforward and swift process.

To upgrade your order, you must:

  • Have an existing Dour Festival order through our official ticketing service.
  • To have access to the email address used at the time of the initial purchase.
  • Have a valid payment method to settle the price difference for the upgrade.
  • To have a stable internet connection.

Step 1: Access your See Tickets/Paylogic order

  1. Find the confirmation email sent at the time of your initial purchase. It contains a direct link to your order or instructions on how to access it.
    Tip: remember to check your “Spam” or “Junk” folder if you can’t find it. The subject of the email usually contains “Dour Festival” and “See Tickets”.

  2. Click on the “Manage Order” button to access your Paylogic space related to the order.
    Alternative: if you no longer have the email, you can log into your Paylogic account (if you have one) or use the “Forgot Password” / “Retrieve My Order” function on the See Tickets website using the email address from your purchase.

Step 2: Locate the “Additional Actions” option.

Once on your order page, browse through the available options and:

  1. Locate the “Additional Actions” button.
  2. Then click on “Change tickets”.

Step 3: Choose your upgrade

  1. Visualise the tickets you have purchased.
  2. Select the one(s) you wish to modify and use the total value to purchase different tickets.
  3. Choose the new tickets: the platform automatically calculates the price difference to be paid compared to your initial order.
  4. Before confirming, check the details of the upgrade (number of tickets involved, type of upgrade, additional cost).

Step 4: Add the new product to the basket

  1. Once you have made your upgrade choice, click on “Next – Basket” and then on “Confirm”.
  2. Enter your payment information.
  3. Confirm the purchase.

Good to know: you can spread the payment for your upgrade over several instalments.

Step 5: Receive your new order

  1. Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email from See Tickets/Paylogic. This will include an updated summary of your order. Your previous tickets will be cancelled or rendered invalid and replaced with the new ones.
  2. Keep this email and your updated tickets safe. They will be necessary for entry to the festival.

Important advice:

  • Don’t wait until the last minute: upgrade options may be subject to seat availability and deadlines.
  • Familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions of use for the upgrade option on the Paylogic website and/or the Dour Festival before proceeding.
  • Should you encounter any issues during the process (non-functional link, payment error, or otherwise), please contact See Tickets’ customer service directly through their website. Have your order number ready for quicker assistance.
