ARTICLE 4: BOOKING

The only way to buy a valid ticket is via the official sales site dourfestival.eu/tickets and FNAC.

Only our official partners have the right to organise competitions where tickets are the prizes.

Our prices are those indicated on the box office page of our website (http://www.dourfestival.eu). These prices are always shown in Euros, including VAT, taxes and service charges. Passes are sold in advance in price phases.

During the event, prices will change to the “on-site sale” rates, which differ from the pre-sale prices, both at the on-site and online box office.

All tickets ordered will be sent electronically to the email address provided at the time of booking. This means that you will receive a PDF file by email.

For the 2024 festival, tickets will be sent from 1 July to the email address you provided when you purchased your ticket.

As the buyer, you are obliged to check the content of the email carefully and to make sure that your order has been received correctly. If you need to raise a complaint, as the buyer, you have seven (7) days to inform us of this. To do so, you must always notify Paylogic’s Customer Service Department in writing, giving the grounds for your complaint. If your complaint is ruled to be valid, we will of course correct our errors. If you do not submit your complaint, detailing your grounds for complaining, your right to complain will lapse.

The consumer’s Right of Withdrawal does not apply, as the service sold is a leisure activity.

ARTICLE 5: INSTALMENT PLANS

General information

These terms and conditions apply to festival passes, camping tickets and other products sold via an instalment plan.

By choosing an instalment plan as your method of payment, you agree to a non-refundable purchase in two or more instalments which will be taken from your credit card in accordance with these terms and conditions. You will only receive the ticket(s) for products purchased by email (from 1 July for the 2024 festival) if all payments have been made in accordance with the payment plan.

IMPORTANT: Paylogic acts solely as a technical service provider for the organiser. This agreement, for the purchase of tickets or related products by payment in instalments, will be entered into between you (as the buyer) and the organiser of the event (the seller).

Instalment plan and payments

By choosing to use the instalment plan when placing your order, you authorise Paylogic to debit the amount of the first instalment from your credit card in accordance with your payment details. All subsequent payments will then be taken from the same credit card. The amount per instalment, the number of instalments and the instalment periods may vary by event and/or by organiser and will be clearly indicated to you at the time of your purchase.

Paylogic will notify you when instalments have been paid in full or when you are in default on one or more instalments, asking you to fulfil your payment obligation within a given period. If you fail to pay on time, Paylogic reserves the right to cancel your purchase on behalf of the Organiser without any refund.

Cancellations and refunds

By choosing the instalment plan as your payment method, you unconditionally agree to pay all instalment amounts in accordance with the instalment plan.

If a payment is not received (on time) by Paylogic, because your account does not contain sufficient funds or your payment details are incorrect, Paylogic will notify you of the missing payments, after which these payments must be transferred to Paylogic within 5 working days of the notification.

If you do not pay (on time), you forfeit your right to receive a ticket or related product, and Paylogic is then entitled to cancel your order. You will not receive a refund for payments already made. The amounts paid will be retained by Paylogic/Organiser to cover the processing and administration costs associated with your purchase and the fact that the Organiser may not be able to resell the product.

ARTICLE 6: FURTHER INFORMATION

Under no circumstances will your tickets give you access to a reserved place on the festival site or on the campsites. All tickets must be exchanged for a wristband at the festival entrance. Any forgeries of tickets or wristbands will result in criminal prosecution.

No tickets and/or wristbands will be refunded or replaced.

Only the first person to arrive with the original festival ticket will be able to enter the event or campsite. This person must prove that their identity is the same as that shown on the ticket. It is therefore vital that you make sure that nobody can copy your festival ticket.

Changes to the programme do not entitle the ticketholder to a full or partial refund for the festival ticket. The organiser will not be held liable in the event of force majeure.

By purchasing a festival ticket, you specifically agree to be bound, as a visitor, by our general terms and conditions for the event and our general terms and conditions of sale. Any breach of these rules will be punished. Dour Music Festival reserves the right to refuse entry to the site to anyone if there are sufficient grounds for doing so and to take any legal measures necessary if applicable.
